1. Introduction

Welcome to CyberGuid, offering IT security literacy courses and related products on the domain cyberguid.pro. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Services, Infoproducts, and Goods.

2. Services

CyberGuid provides both in-person and online IT security literacy courses ("Services"). Enrollment confirms your agreement to participate in the selected session. Course materials and instructor time are reserved upon registration.

3. Digital Products

Our Infoproducts include downloadable guides, video modules, and training materials in digital format. Access is granted following confirmation of your purchase.

4. Physical Products

CyberGuid offers printed manuals and hardware study kits ("Goods"), shipped to the address provided at checkout.

5.1 Services

A refund may be requested up to 7 days prior to the course start date by contacting us via our contact form. Approved funds will be reimbursed to the original method within 14 days. Alternatively, you may transfer your enrollment to another session at no additional charge if notice is given at least 7 days before the start date. After a course has begun, Services are non-refundable due to allocated resources and instructor commitments.

5.2 Infoproducts

All sales of Infoproducts are final and not eligible for refund, as digital content is accessible immediately after purchase. We provide samples and detailed descriptions to assist your decision.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, submit a request through our contact form. Items must be in original condition. Once returned goods are inspected, credit will be applied to the original method within 14 days. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective.

6. Non-Refundable Workshops

Certain premium workshops feature reserved seating and are non-refundable due to limited capacity and preparatory commitments. This ensures fairness and the highest quality of instruction for all participants.
